It is no secret, handmade tastes better. Therefore, you will find at every meal many treats, which were created with skill in our cuisine. We utilize, where possible, products originating from the Alpine region, from farmers nearby or from our very own chicken house. A shorter itinerary means better taste of the dishes.
Delicious - from morning till
At our Milla Montis cuisine we will use traditional cooking methods as boiling down, to conserve aliments. We process fresh fruits in summer to delicious jams, to sweeten the winter season. Self-plucked herbs are dried, to donate an extra taste to our dishes.
In the early morning there are already delicacies created in the Milla Montis cuisine and the region waiting to satisfy hungry guests. Try out some alpine butter, organic hay milk, cheese, different egg dishes and traditional breakfast meals, a wide selection of tea, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, bread made by the baker but homemade of pristine grain one too, honey from the nearby beehive, homemade jams and spreads, speck and sausages, fresh fruits and vegetables out of the heart of South Tyrol.
The delicacies, which you can enjoy together with a cup of tea or coffee, are obviously homemade too. Made with love and the knowledge of old family recipes, Roland’s mother Margareth kneads and stirs the dough to spoil you with fruity strudels, fluffy “Buchteln” and “Krapfen”, or if you prefer a creamy tiramisu.
Using the best produces the best – we use only qualitative ingredients, originating from the nearby territory and seasonal. South Tyrolean taste will melt in your mouth.
