The pool area is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Out of respect for the other hotel guests, children under the age of 16 are only permitted when accompanied by an adult.

We offer free WiFi usage everywhere in the house. Just log in using the network Milla Montis and you are connected.

The 15 lifts with a total of over 55 kilometres of slopes guarantee beautiful and exciting winter days. You can not only use the Gitschberg ski area, but also the Jochtal connected to it. To reach the ski area comfortably, simply hop on our hotel shuttle, which will take you to the Gitschberg valley station. 
Don't feel like skiing? No problem. Because the winter holiday in South Tyrol offers numerous leisure activities away from the slopes, such as winter hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring, paragliding, ice skating, tobogganing or take a horse-drawn sleigh ride for romantic moments.

Our SPA Suites Plus are equipped with a private Finnish sauna. To experience a sauna session in your suite simply press the ON button, wait 10 minutes until the sauna has reached the right temperature and enjoy a sauna session with an amazing view. Have a nice rest!

Your room safe is insured for a limited amount. We ask you to deposit larger amounts of cash or valuables in the hotel safe at the reception. You can program the safe with a personal code. Please take all the details from the corresponding description.

If anything is missing in your room, such as additional pillows, hangers, towels, etc., let your housekeeper or receptionist know by 6:00 p.m. Daily room cleaning takes place between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

With us at Milla Montis, you will sleep à la carte. With the Milla Montis pillow menu, you'll not only sleep right every time, but just the way you like it.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. In the rooms, too, we kindly ask you to smoke only on the balconies. Thank you for your understanding.

From 9 p.m. onwards you can use your room card to open the door to the main entrance of the hotel. If you don't have your key card with you, the night bell is to the left side on the night entrance door.

Newspapers and numerous magazines are available for you in the bar. If you have a personal newspaper request, we will be happy to get you the reading you want. The purchase price will be posted to your room bill. Please inform the reception about your wishes.

Our Montis SPA is open for you daily from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Children under the age of 12 have no access in this area and children under the age of 16 are only permitted if accompanied by an adult. We thank you for your understanding.

FINNISH SAUNA - nude area
Due to the high temperatures of 80-100° Celsius, body functionality is reduced and muscles can relax a little. The Finnish sauna is particularly recommended after an active day of hiking or skiing. In addition, through the interplay of cold and warm, the body is better supplied with blood and the immune system is strengthened.

STEAM & AROMATIC SAUNA - nude area
With high humidity, fragrant essences and temperatures of 45-48° Celsius, the steam and aroma sauna has a pleasantly stimulating and cleansing effect. The warmth of the steam gently stimulates your metabolism and the immune system is strengthened. Let yourself and your body be caressed by cozy warmth and experience the renewing effect on body and mind.

HAYROOM – nude area
The different herbal scents of the hay, with a combination of the arolla pine scent of the wood, have a particularly beneficial effect on your respiratory tract. Take a deep breath, lean back and take a look at the unique mountains of the Dolomites.

Your minibar is not stocked at check-in. We are happy to stock your minibar with water, juices, soft drinks, beer, wine, sparkling wine or snacks, just order them by leaving us a massage on the notebook.

Are you a tea or coffee lover? On request, we can provide you with a kettle or a Nespresso machine (Euro 5.00 per day) with tabs in your room. Please let us know at the reception desk.

One card for countless experiences – with the Gitschberg Jochtal Almencard, you can travel for free on public transport across South Tyrol, enjoy free admittance to over 90 museums and ride for free on the Gitschberg and Jochtal cable cars in selected periods.

Take a walk, stroll through our fruit and herbs garden and smell the herbs. Proceed and you will come to the “Milla Wold” (Milla forest), our place of power to recharge the batteries, meditate or even go for a Kneipp bath into the torrent.

OUR TIP: on very hot summer days, it's best to relax in the Milla forest. 

Enjoy relaxing, beneficial moments in our meditation room. Fitness mats are at your disposal there. Get to know your body and train it with your own body weight. Do you prefer to train in a group? You will find the range of exercise units on the information board in the staircase.

A traditional Japanese facial massage, especially for the often-forgotten facial muscles. With its very virtuoso stroking, tapping and plucking techniques, it is different from the traditional facial massage. The facial musculature is strengthened down to its depths to counteract skin slackness. Through targeted stimulation of the energy points and meridians of the face, the skin surface is vitalized and the capillaries strengthened. Meransen is part of the municipality of Mühlbach in the South Tyrolean Eisack Valley and is located at 1,414 m. The place is best known for its great panorama and 300 days of sunshine a year. The three holy maidens Ampet, Gaupet and Gewerpet have always watched over Meransen. There is also an exciting legend to tell. We are happy to reveal it to you!

Around Meransen you will find one of the most beautiful hiking areas in South Tyrol. Information and maps are available directly at our reception. We provide backpacks in the room and hiking sticks for our hikers at the reception desk. In winter we also rent snow shoes and shoe spikes aswell sledding for an extra dose of fun. 

Or you can let our hiking guides, show you the South Tyrolean mountains. We regularly offer organised hikes. When and where to? Read about it on the information board in the staircase.

For more demanding mountain tours we can also organize a personal mountain guide for you.

For your own safety, we recommend you to inform yourself about escape routes and emergency exits. You will find signs and escape plans on every floor and in every room, which will provide you with information on the escape routes.

E-mountain bikes can be pre-booked and rented directly from us at reception.

DEAR FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND,     
for a wonderful stay in South Tyrol and an exemplary stay 
at the Hotel Milla Montis, we prepared a little "dog holiday 1x1" for you. 
So, make yourself comfortable on the doggy bed provided. If you have your own dog bed with you, we will be happy to take ours back with us later, or your owner can leave it in front of the door for us. And don't worry, if your owner should have forgotten an important walking utensil (poo bag), at the car park at the end of the house in the direction of the forest, we have provided enough bags and a rubbish bin for your needs!

IN THE ROOM:
o    as you can see, you now have an anti-slip bowl mat with bowls, we will gladly provide you the bowls, if you have your own bowls, we will take them back with us later
o    you have already seen your dog bed, well, because sofa, armchair, bed and chairs are taboo for us (we ask for your understanding that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets, etc. caused by you must be charged to your owner)
o    if you stay alone in your room, please ask your owner to put the "no! I AM DREAMING" sign on the door and just let us know later when our maids are allowed to clean your room
IN THE HOTEL/ON THE HOTEL GROUNDS:
o    In the house or on the terrace on the ground floor in front of your room, you are always kept on a leash
o    You are welcome to go with your owner to the bar and the bar terrace, unfortunately other places in the house are not permitted for us four-legged friends (on request breakfast and dinner with your owners is possible on the high table at the hotel bar)
o    For hygienic reasons, you are also not allowed to enter the sunbathing lawn around the pool area
o    If you move into a room on the ground floor, the meadow in front of your room may not be used for quick toiletries, as there are also other guests there and quick toiletries are also unhygienic. Further downstairs you will also find a place where you can let off steam and play, the meadow in front of the rooms is not suitable for this
o    please ask your owner to keep the hotel grounds clean and to remove any dirt immediately, we are happy to provide you with free doggy bags for this purpose
GOING FOR A WALK:
o    You should know that leashing is compulsory in South Tyrol, we have to inform you about this
o    at the front desk you can get tips on where to go for a nice walk, or you can go directly to the Milla Wold. This is a large area of forest right next to the hotel where you can let off steam, run and play. Please take your toiletries with you there as well
o    please note that the surrounding meadows belong to other farmers and you should not enter them. The meadows are mowed by the farmers or cows graze there and your excrement can become a real danger for grazing animals

Coming to Mühlbach in comfort and enjoying the fantastic view at the same time? Take a ride on the cableway from Meransen to the center of Mühlbach. You can get the exact timetable at the reception.

We ask you to give the room number when placing your orders in the various areas so that the consumption can be booked to your room bill. After each order, you will receive a list as a check, which you should confirm with your signature. The billing takes place at the end of your stay and can also be paid the evening before until 8:00 p.m. You can pay by debit card, credit card (Master Card and Visa) and cash.
