Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am.

Subject to availability, we are happy to offer early check-in or late check-out. For this additional comfort, we charge €45.00 per person. Please contact our reception directly.

Charging stations for electric cars are available directly at the hotel. The cost is €0.45 per kilowatt.

As an adults-only hotel, Milla Montis is a retreat for peace, relaxation and slow living in the mountains. Teenagers aged 14 and above are warmly welcome.

Your four-legged friend is welcome to accompany you on holiday at Milla Montis. We charge €30.00 per day for the additional cleaning effort.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the swimming pool and spa area. If your dog cannot stay alone in the room during meal times, we are happy to prepare a table for you at the hotel bar.

Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with your dog.

Milla Montis is located in Meransen near Brixen at around 1,300 metres above sea level, offering beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites.

We are happy to organise a shuttle service from Mühlbach train station directly to the hotel.

For a smooth and convenient journey, we recommend Mühlbach train station.

The centre of Meransen can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot.

Thanks to excellent train and bus connections, travelling without a car is easy and comfortable.

Yes, all rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace.

A complimentary Nespresso machine including capsules is available in the Soul Suite, Pure Suite, Calm Double Room and Bliss Suites. For all other categories, it can be added for €5.00 per day.

A pillow menu with different options is available to ensure a restful sleep.

The hotel is barrier-free and offers comfortable accessibility for a relaxing stay.

The Living Suite and Bliss Suite are particularly suitable for travelling together thanks to their generous space.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Dinner is served between 6:45 pm and 8:30 pm. Within these hours, you may take your seat at any time.

External guests are also welcome for breakfast or dinner. We kindly ask for prior reservation.

We are happy to accommodate allergies and intolerances individually. Please inform us before your arrival.

The hotel bar is open daily from 12:00 pm to midnight and invites guests to enjoy relaxed moments with a good glass of wine, an aperitif or fine drinks.

During the day, homemade cake and small snacks such as toast are available. From 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, you can also order à-la-carte dishes from our bistro menu.

We are happy to assign window seats subject to availability. Please let us know your preference before your arrival whenever possible.

The spa and wellness area includes an infinity pool, a 37°C whirlpool with mountain views, a Finnish sauna with sauna infusions, a bio sauna, a steam bath, a hay room and two relaxation rooms.

Special highlights include the heated infinity pool, the whirlpool with mountain views and the Finnish sauna with sauna infusions.

The infinity pool is heated to a pleasant 33°C, while the whirlpool is heated to 37°C.

On the day of departure, the wellness area can be used until 10:30 am. For an additional charge of €25.00 per person, usage is also possible until late afternoon.

The SPA area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Day Spa stays are therefore not offered.

The fitness area is equipped with high-quality Technogym equipment, including a spinning bike, treadmill, stepper, exercise bike, weights, a bench, fitness mats and balls. The offer is complemented by a fully equipped yoga room for mindful movement and relaxing sessions.

The offer includes classic full-body and back massages, pregnancy massages, leg and foot massages, Kobido facial massages and the Total Relax Massage.

Wellness treatments can easily be reserved at the reception or before your arrival by phone, messenger or e-mail.

Numerous hiking and biking experiences start directly at the hotel doorstep, including the Altfasstal valley, the Gitschberg mountain, the Meransen circular trail and the alpine hut trail.

Once a week, a guided hike starts directly from the hotel. Additional tours are organised by the local tourism association.

E-bikes can be rented directly at the hotel. The cost is €35.00 per day and person.

Hiking and biking adventures through the South Tyrolean mountains are among the most popular summer activities.

The ski area can be reached in only around three minutes by car. Alternatively, you can conveniently use the hotel shuttle or the public ski bus directly in front of the hotel.

The public ski bus stops directly at the hotel entrance and takes you comfortably to the ski area.

A secure ski depot is available for skis and equipment.

Yes, guided snowshoe hikes are among the special winter experiences around Milla Montis.

The nearest cross-country ski trails are located in Vals and Rodeneck.

Among the most beautiful winter hikes are the trails through the Altfasstal valley, to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm and to the Fane Alm.

In general, there is no minimum stay required. Around holiday periods such as New Year, however, a minimum stay may apply.

As we work with a flexible, price-based booking system, there are no fixed seasonal periods.

All common payment methods are accepted except American Express and Diners Club.

To guarantee your booking, either a credit card can be provided or a deposit of 80% can be paid.

Free cancellation is possible up to 15 days before arrival. Any deposit already paid will be refunded in this case.

From 14 to 2 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged or retained. In case of late arrival, early departure, no-show or cancellation within one day before arrival, 90% of the unused stay will be charged.

For a worry-free holiday, we recommend taking out travel insurance, for example with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
