At Milla Montis, you will find a space dedicated to peace and grounding during your stay – our yoga room. A small gem that can become your personal retreat. Would you like to take a break, follow the rhythm of your breath, and relax? Then use our yoga room for meditation or your yoga flow. Here you will find a calm and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation and mindful awareness of your body. We also offer two yoga sessions per week, allowing you to recharge and find inner balance. Let your mind come to rest. In summer, you are of course welcome to practice outdoors as well, for example in the forest.
