Down payment
Your booking will be confirmed by a down payment of 80% of the total price by transfer or by providing your credit card details as security.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, outside the cancellation deadlines for which a fee is charged, the deposit of 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellations within 14 to 2 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 1 day prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the amount paid for the missing days.
To avoid additional costs, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
For reservations with more than five rooms, other cancellation conditions apply.
Dogs
Your four-legged companion is very welcome at our hotel. In selected rooms, you are welcome to bring your dog – for accommodation and the associated additional cleaning, we charge € 30.00 per night (excluding food). Right next to the house, our private forest with a gently babbling stream invites you to enjoy long walks in nature – a natural paradise that is especially ideal for dogs.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool & SPA area, including the sunbathing lawn, nor in the restaurant.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the rooms located in the Hof building in the categories Double Room Clam, Bliss Suite, and Pure Suite.
Single room surcharge
If there is only one person in our double bedrooms (suites excluded) there is a supplement of € 50,00 per night.
