There are no compromises in terms of quality and when the host is working behind pots and pans. Recipes that have been passed on for generations, inspired by the Mediterranean Dolce Vita, prepared with love. The most important factor for Roland is the origin of the ingredients. Meat sourced through animal welfare, fresh fruits and vegetables delivered by South Tyrolean farmers, real pristine grain for bread and cakes. This principle is always applied. In the morning the fragrance of freshly baked bread will wake you up, together with juicy jams and aromatic teas. In the afternoon sweet cakes will attract to take back some of the energy spent on the hiking trails or the slopes. The à-la-carte dinner menu with its creations puts the icing on the cake to finish the day off in style.
